In November 2012, Chocolate Brown was announced 'North Auckland Cafe of the Year' by the Cafe Magazine.

In August 2011, Chocolate Brown won the NZ Food Snacks and Confectionary Award for our gourmet and delicious 12 box of Chocolates.
Judges included MasterChef judge, Ray McVinnie and Hon. Steve Maharey, the Vice-Chancellor of Massey University.
Judges Comment: "Beautifully presented with flavours to match".
