To make delicious, smooth and creamy chocolates and truffles we use only the best. The finest Gourmet Barry Callebaut Coverture, is the very foundation for our range. New Zealand real cream and butter is used for the many fillings with fresh toasted nuts, fruits, liqueurs and natural flavours added to enrich the many different varieties.

Chocolates:

A selection of our finest Award-Winning handmade chocolates with specialty centres using fresh roasted nuts, fruits & berries handmade butter caramels & chocolate truffle ganache, sure to delight all, then to top it all off each one is covered in Dark, Milk and White Belgium Chocolate.

 

Truffles:

CB Classic Belgium Cream chocolate truffles with luxuriously soft chocolate ganache centres, enrobed in 53% dark, 34% milk or 28% white Belgium Chocolate and coated in shaved corresponding Chocolate.

Specialty Truffles:

Taking the divine Chocolate Brown truffle up a notch is our favourite specialty truffle selection each with individual flavours using a variety of liqueurs, fruits and natural flavours infused into truffle centers then coated in Dark, Milk & White Chocolate.
