Cocoa Nibs are the remants of the Cocoa Shell after the roasting process. As they are almost 100% Cocoa they are very high in Theobromine and are good for you. The taste takes a bit to get used to as they are very bitter but the crunch and depth of flavour is another delicious element to fruit smoothies, museli and many more creative dishes.
